Finding the one ultimate character for your own world: a book on personal development.

Ich gestalte Systeme, die Menschen, Marken und Kulturen sichtbar machen.
How a person, a party or a people becomes legible to the world, and why some are remembered.
National, institutional and political identity systems, with guidelines built to outlast their launch.
Platforms and software for public-scale services, and the tools I build for my own practice.
Naming things before they exist, then building the machinery that lets them survive without me.
For about two decades, Kamiloo Artmand has worked where brand, culture and software meet. The common thread is visibility: Kurd Artist gives Kurdish visual artists a home; Agadari keeps citizens of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region informed; the .bok format makes publishing systematic. Alongside these, Kamiloo builds the software itself — a monorepo of products including BOK Studio and VOXAI — and leads Artmand, the studio behind them. Kamiloo works in Kurdish, Persian, Arabic and English.
Four working laws behind every identity, campaign and platform I build.
A nation, an institution or a company is read before it is heard. Its identity is the first public service it delivers: the sign, the screen, the voice. I build it to the standard of a bridge, not a poster.
Kurdistan does not lack ideas or people. It lacks the rails that carry them to the world. Every venture I start is one of those rails: a standard, a platform, an institution.
I do not wait to be asked. I study the institution, its audience and its moment, then arrive with the identity, the website, the content and the strategy already made.
Campaigns end; archives, platforms and standards remain. I work where cultural memory meets software, so that what a people makes can be found, read and kept.
